Watch out for boys!

I was innocently watching youtube videos last night when my dad comes up behind me, narrows his eyes and says gruffly “Watch out for boys!” It probably didn’t help that some very pretty Japanese boys (Arashi) were dancing around on the screen in front of us.

“Um… Ok, dad. I will?” and then I laugh at the clip I’m watching.

He stares at the dancing boy-band on the monitor for a while and then continues to lecture me. “Be careful at that party you’re going to next week! If there’s alcohol, don’t drink it! Don’t take anything anyone gives you! And WATCH OUT FOR BOYS!” he says loudly.

I pause the dancing Japanese boys “But there aren’t really going to be any boys at this party. None I’ll be interested in anyway.”

He glares at me. “I don’t care. Watch out for boys!”

My poor dad, I never knew he freaked out this much over his little princess and boys. It’s nice to see his cute side sometimes.

My dad is the overprotective father personified. He’s generally okay though with me going out though because…. well, if you went to my school and looked at the opposite sex (let alone talk to them) you’d see why.

I saw, “Masaki Aiba” and my eager eye though it said, “Masi Oka”. What a shame!

What Arashi video were you watching?

lol my dad used to say that when I would get a boyfriend he was going to shoot him, haha. Glad he grew out of that.

Your dad has a good point! ;) All males are evil.

Jennifer: Probably the Kitto Daijoubu PV. Damn, I love that song.

Kaylee, surely not all of them are evil? :S

The “Happiness” PV is even more full of gay and member-ai.

Have you heard “Sakura Sake” yet? Old, but still good!

Hahaha, super off topic, but Kitto Daijoubu has rainbows! And Sho driving while rapping! I like Sakura Sake, I loved the bit at the end of the PV where Ohno does his special move

It’s weird for me as I never really had that from my dad. When I was 13 he used to say to me “I can’t wait til you bring your boyfriend home so I can have a beer with him”. I used to be like, “dad, I am only 13, you can’t let a 13-14 year old boy drink beer” haha
When I finally did introduce him to a boyfriend I was 16, and then he got all over-protective saying “don’t be with your first boyfriend forever, you need to go out and have lots of boyfriends before you settle down”. The thing is, I settled down with that guy and am still with him now, yet my dad is always telling me I shouldn’t have settled for my first boyfriend-even though he wasn’t even my first boyfriend at all. Dads. :)

My dad is the opposite, he pesters me about not having a boyfriend.. odd.

Anyways, watch out for those evil, evil boys! ;-)

After reading your dad’s comment I have come to the conclusion that you can eat/sniff random things/drugs you see lying around at the party, since no one has actually given you the things, right? Not that you’d actually want to do that, I hope. AND! And, you don’t have to worry about the chicks giving you “the look” and hitting on you… I think. o_O Perhaps, I’m just looking at this through a triangular window instead of a square one? My advice to you Tracey? Watch out for walls … they hurt… a lot.

Awww, that’s so endearing! ^_^ Hey, not all males are evil! I’m not evil! :P Although all the guys I know are evil … anyway.

    That is 100% funny.

My father never cared for some reason, which I think would be worse.
