Why we should all be hermits
If I had anything interesting to say, I would have blogged about it by now. But too bad, so sad, I lead an extremely boring life and you’re reading about it!
In all seriousness now (hah!) I’ve spent the last week or so acting like a jackass and whining things like “I’m going to faaaaaiiiiillllll” or “What if my calculator dies in the middle of the exam?” and generally pissing everyone off. Everyone around me has been strung tightly anyway, exams are making us all go snap! like guitar strings anyway. I finished three exams today and pulled off four pages and a bit in an hour for history. I’ll never have to remember anything about migration patterns in Australia from 1945 - 2000 ever again! Until November, at least…
I’m also in a bit of a tizzy with a person around me, because I’m just so sick of this certain person making fun of and teasing everyone for no particular reason. I hate it and I think he needs to grow up. I hate having to pretend I think he’s a nice guy because I don’t want to hurt my friend, who is in a relationship with him
I think I could tear my hair out from all this pretending everyone does around everyone else.
I’m sick of “social politics” altogether. I think life would be so much easier if we were all hermits who lived in caves. Connected to the internet, of course.

I’m pretty much between a rock and a hard lpace for them too. Damnit all why cant everyone just be… I dont eeven know. (Thats probably why).

Ahhh, man, I really feel for you =/ I think everybody knows exactly how terrible exam situations can really feel. Social politics really do suck, especially when everybody’s in that tizzy you referred to - but I think it’s the celebrations afterwards that make social relationships so much it, y’know?

yeah, somtimes I’d rather shut myself away..but then we would be deprived of sunlight! haha. and yeah exams are stressful…I got myself sick studying because I stupidly did not eat or sleep.

But I suppose if that were to happen we’d see a more intense and more regularly occurring version of e-drama, because we human essentially just WANT drama (or to watch it anyway). I know I do. :P

I totally agree - hermits in caves with an Internet connection. :P I’m sure you will do fine in your exams, and like everyone else worldwide, will kick yourself for being so nervous when you get fantastic results.
