Cake, ice cream and whipped cream
You know number four? I take that back! That little runt drives me insane!
He drives me to the deepest, darkest depths of chocolate cake and ice cream. All topped with whipped cream. Goodbye brother! Hello cellulite at the age of fifteen! But you know what sucks? The comfort food didn’t even comfort me. That really sucks. If chocolate doesn’t make it all better, what does?
And all this sugar/cream/fat mixture isn’t really helping me with my newest goal: To get something higher than three on the beep test. So, can you guess what I got on Thursday morning? Yes, that would be a three.
How fitting that tomorrow (Sunday) the year of the pig starts! Happy Chinese New Year!

My school must’ve been evil - if you didn’t make it past six, they made you come to school an hour early for three mornings a week to train or get tortured, until you could. Thank goodness that never happened to me.

Woman. Honestly. Just say no to the cake…no matter how alluring.

You know, I really hope we don’t do the same beep test because a girl in my school got up to TEN, Tracey, TEN! I was just a lowly eight point five but considering I suffer with asthma I was pretty damn proud. Although I really did suffer for it forever after, you know… I overused some of my muscles that are just not used to be used!
But cake does taste good. I haven’t ate chocolate in weeks nor many fatty foods but when my mum served up apple pie and cream for the past two days I just couldn’t resist. It’s good for your soul!

You know what really helps? Chocolate chip, banana nut muffins… YUM! :D Im not a chocolate cake fan.. come to think of it… im not a chocolate fan at all… well not in something as large as cake.
You’ll do better next time! I passed my PE exams with a B, and I have asthma, so you’ll do fine :D

Do not fear Tracey. I think I run for a few seconds on the beep test and give up. It’s just a way to sort the less able runners (a.k.a. me) from the fitness freaks (a.k.a. everyone else).
I say splurge on food. I do. In fact, my mum bought two massive chocolate and vanilla cheesecakes last night, and guess who’ll eat more than her share? That would be me.

*Covers ears* don’t try telling me chocolate doesn’t fix everything. You must have been eating it wrong… or… something… don’t ask me how that works.

Ugh…*puff* All these girls with asthma are doing better than me in the beep test! Must. Train. Harder. Harder. Harder…

If comfort food doesn’t comfort you that’s actually a good thing, that means there’s no point eating it and therefor it won’t make you fat etc ;)

it’s been so long since I’ve been in PE/sports…I’d probably do worse!
