Dilemma
How do people that have been waking up at one o’clock in the afternoon almost every day for the last five weeks, start waking up at six-thirty in the morning?
I will have to answer that tomorrow.
(I have a sneaking suspicion the answer might be “Don’t sleep at all.”)

Go to bed earlier, set your alarm @ 5:55am, and sleep in for 5 extra minutes.

I’m going to have the exact same problem once I start working :P My body clock is so out of whack.

DON’T SLEEP AT ALL.
Sleeping at school is cooler.

Jennii Has the right Idea ;)
But seriously, just go to sleep earlier :P or take some nyquil… although you’d have to go to sleep pretty early if you take the nyquil…

Don’t go on the internet at all for say three hours before you go to bed, then when you wake up in the morning you’ll be so curious as to if you’ve had any interesting emails or who has blogged overnight that you’ll crawl out of bed and go online. XD

Set your alarm 15 minutes ( prefer 15 over 5 lol) before you actually have to get up, that way you can sleep in for 15 minutes. It takes getting used to for a few days but then your body clock will pick up on it and it will become a lot easier.

alarm clock :P then you’ll get used to it and be too tired to feel sleepy

Really, not sleeping at all is better than oversleeping. Trust me.
# Josh, 1 year, 9 months ago.
Clearly the answer is a mild sedative now and some caffeine tomorrow. Of course.
Good luck with that.

Darn, someone has beaten me to the answer.
Don’t sleep at all. I sleep at school. ;)

I had the exact same problem when I had work as a stable hand last year, but I had to be up at 3 am, as I started work at 4, and that really sucked, lol. :D

[...] So, what is my answer to the question posed in this post? [...]

What you need to do, even though it’s a little late for suggestions, is do things in the other order. Do everything before you go to sleep, then you’re free to sleep in until the last minute and have nothing to worry about while you’re half asleep in the morning. So before bed, pack your lunch and bag, brush your teeth and get dressed, make sure you’ve got everything, catch the bus to school and be ready for your first class. Then you can sleep hastle-free and wake up as ready for school as you can be.
