Happy New Year!!

Tomorrow is the first day of the Lunar New Year. Which means a few of things:

  • I get red envelopes containing money (which I must put in the bank!)
  • I get to get another chance at starting a new year.
  • I get to write a real blog, that contains something other than “TESTING TESTING 123456789″.
  • I get to eat moon cake, even though it tastes quite disgusting.

And of course:

  • I get to call my grandma and tell her how much I miss her and how I hope she has a good new year while secretly praying, and wishing that she will make it through the year intact.

And just because I wasn’t arsed to think of any 29 days ago, I’ve made some new years resolutions up on the spot. I’ll most likely not keep these resolutions, but maybe if I write them out, I’ll embed them in my brain somehow.

  • Form REGULAR sleeping patterns. (As in, no going to sleep at 1am on school nights)
  • Pass 6th grade piano. Or at least try.
  • I can’t think of anymore resolutions worth keeping. Think of more resolutions.

I hope this Lunar year of the Dog is a safe, happy, love-and-laughter filled and joyous for you, and all the special people in your lives.

(By the way, about two-thirds of the site is not up, and the themes are still a little unfinished, I’m sorry!)

    I SPAMZ0R J00 TWICE!!1!

Hehe… I think I made some New Year’s resolutions at the start of the year, but I didn’t actually stick to any of them. Junk food’s too good, and I do have very important things to do at 2am besides sleeping!
